About the Role: As a Team Lead, you will oversee team operations, manage partner relations, and drive strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include onboarding and mentoring team members, delegating tasks, and effectively managing resources. You will also identify partner needs, generate reports, and make independent decisions to support our partner base.

Job responsibilities
Team Management:
- Onboarding new team members and monitoring the quality of their work.
- Ensuring job duties are fulfilled and delegating tasks within the organizational structure.
- Managing workloads effectively and optimizing human resource management.
Partner Relations:
- Identifying partner needs and developing proposals to meet these requirements.
- Supporting and enhancing the investment potential of our partner base.
- Generating and analyzing partner data to inform strategic decisions.
- Making independent decisions regarding partners within established guidelines.
- Selecting partners and allocating resources across various partner categories.
Leadership:
- Adhering strictly to management instructions and promptly escalating issues.
- Developing innovative solutions and approaches, effectively communicating them to management.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in team management and leadership roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions and manage resources effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
- Experience in the B2B sector, ideally in payment expansion, marketing strategies, accounting solutions, or technical support services.
- Minimum of one year of experience in sales, customer service, or accounting, preferably in FinTech, credit organizations, or financial startups.
- Minimum English proficiency level B2; native Arabic; French proficiency is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office (Excel), Google (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Meet), Notion, and Miro.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
