Job description:

At TUMO, we are currently seeking a highly-skilled Talent Recruiter to join our People and Culture department. As a Talent Recruiter at TUMO, you will play a key role in sourcing and hiring top talent across various roles within the organization. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, engaging with a diverse range of candidates. If you have experience in recruiting for different types of positions and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.

Job responsibilities

Review CVs, cover letters and LinkedIn profiles of applicants to shortlist the most qualified candidates for further consideration.
Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Interview and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and align with TUMO's values and culture.
Provide feedback to hiring managers after interviews and collect feedback from hiring managers and interviewers after candidate interviews. Consolidate this feedback and offer comprehensive assessments to candidates.
Review and post the job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and external partners to ensure a collaborative recruitment process.
Track and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness, to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Ensure a smooth experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, by providing timely communication, feedback, and support.

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter for 3-plus years.
Proficiency in filling diverse positions, including those in the tech field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software is a plus.
Fluency in English and Armenian; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

What is TUMO?

TUMO is a new kind of educational experience at the intersection of technology and design.

At TUMO, teens learn because they want to. They’re given the tools and knowhow they need to reach their maximum potential, and they chart their own learning path through hands-on activities, workshops and projects.

The TUMO learning program is made up of self-learning activities, workshops and project labs around 14 learning targets. Teens combine these into personal learning paths that adapt to their evolving preferences and rate of progress.

TUMO has centers in Yerevan, Dilijan, Gyumri and Stepanakert and work is underway to open centers in Koghb and Masis. TUMO Boxes are already in operation in the towns of Berd, Gavar, Sevan, Vayk, Kapan and Martakert. Many more TUMO Boxes will open soon in various towns throughout Armenia and Artsakh. Outside of Armenia, there are centers in Paris, Beirut, Moscow, Tirana, Berlin and Lyon. Centers will soon open in several other cities around the world.
