Our customers come from various industries and include both start-ups and large organizations. We strive to provide high quality services to our customers.  Currently we are looking for a talented, experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team and to boost our sales through personal selling, sales promotion and other promotional mix tools using online platforms.

Job responsibilities

1. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs:

  • Understand and determine customer’s business needs,
  • Help customers responding to any technical questions in cooperation with the team,
  • Find Customers through online platforms
  • Cold-calling in order to create interest in services,
  • Communicate with existing and potential customers,

2. Develop effective sales plans (preferably using sales methodology) and Suggest sales process improvements:

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence, as well as continuous follow up and improvement of its implementation processes
  • Manage workload, organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals

3. Set-up and develop customer database:

  • Develop and expand the client base through networking and follow up calls
  • Maintain accurate records and systematically upgrade customer base

4. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets:

  • Establish and meet sales targets and sales performance

5. Reporting to the Management Team

  • In a timely and accurate manner send essential information and updates on the performance, status and progress of settled targets

Required qualifications

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Sales, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant position preferably in IT industry
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of Russian or other foreign language is an asset
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills 
  • Customer oriented
  • Analytical thinking and multitasking skills 
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to details  

Salary: Fixed (negotiable) plus bonuses
