VBET is an award-winning sports betting and gaming operator with 20 years of experience in the industry powered in-house by Betconstruct. We hold over 10 licenses and operate in over 120 countries. VBET’s mission is to give our customers the best betting and gaming experience in a safe and secure environment. We are looking for a CRM Incident Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
The CRM Incident Specialist is responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The specialist will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. He also should be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Обязанности
- Analyze customer data per client to identify key metrics
- Respond to customer bonus requests
- Respond to problematic user cases
- Collaborate with regional, risk management and customer support teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives
- Ensure that all customer journeys are executed properly
- Be informed about running promotions and offers of all regions
Требования
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing/Economics or a related field
- Proficiency in Armenian and English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team and independently, collaborate and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Strong arithmetic skills will be considered as an advantage
