Are you a dynamic individual looking to kickstart your career in HR/Talent Acquisition? We have an exciting opportunity for HR Programs Coordinator to join our global Talent Acquisition team with a 6 months contract!
As part of the Talent Acquisition team, the Coordinator will support the Recruiters in their day-to-day hiring activities. This is a great opportunity to be in a high-visibility role as part of a team focused on hiring the ‘future of Synopsys’. You will learn and grow in a high professional environment.

Обязанности
- Regularly post and update all open vacancies on job posting portals.
- Set up phone screens and interviews for the Recruiters, if needed.
- Support the Intern hiring activities, process internship offers through the Applicant Tracking System.
- Assist the global TA team in recruitment related ticket resolutions.
- Coordinate our participation in career events and collaborate with vendors.
- Manage employer branding materials and social media visibility.
- Organize timely shipment and distribution of recruitment-related items (branded items, welcome kits, handouts, etc.).
- Act as the point of contact for university partnership.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects.
- Provide hiring related reports as required.
Требования
- A good team player eager to grow in this field.
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Previous HR Coordinator or relevant HR experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing is a plus.
- Ability to quickly develop knowledge of employer recruiting processes.
- Quick to learn recruiting processes and comfortable with systems/databases. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is beneficial.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
