Golden Palace hotel, Yerevan is looking for a Sales Executive.

Обязанности
-Researching prospects and generating leads.
-Contacting potential and existing customers/partners on the phone, by email, and in person.
-Preparing and distributing proposals, ensuring timely collection of invoices.
-Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
-Assisting the hotel sales manager in comprehensive competitor research to enhance market positioning.
-Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to meticulously plan and execute events and conferences.
-Demonstrating a keen understanding of customer needs, fostering strong company loyalty.
-Conducting targeted email campaigns and cold calls to engage and attract potential clients.
-Participating in sales team meetings.
Требования
-Bachelor’s degree in a business related sphere or tourism/service.
-1+ years of sales experience.
-Excellent customer service and sales skills.
-Strong verbal and written communicator.
-Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages.
-Excellent phone and presentation skills.
-Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
