Job description:

 “ID Bank” CJSC is looking for an experienced, motivated and skilled candidate, who is responsible for fulfilling the following duties.

Job responsibilities

  • Engagement of corporate customers;
  • Maintenance of recruiting databases of corporate customers;
  • Provision of corporate sales of passive and active products;
  • Serving his/her corporate customers’ portfolio and providing cinsultation;
  • Carrying out calculatation of the yield on all products to be received from a given customer (taking into account proceeds from provided loans, transfers, POS terminals, accounts, etc.);
  • Execution of credit registry inquiries in accordance with internal and normative legal acts;
  • Carrying out regular monitoring of credit lines defined by subpoint 9 of point 91 of the CBA regulation 4;
  • Making and keeping  records on telephone conversations and meetings with the borrower as provided for in Article 89, point 13 of the CBA Regulation 4;
  • Pursuant to CBA Regulation 4, retention of information on applications rejected by the Bank and a study of the justification for refusals;
  • Carrying out customer classification according to the planned corporate customers classification procedure;
  • Other transactions defined by the Bank's internal legal acts.

Required qualifications

  • Higher education;
  • At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in financial/banking sector;
  • Knowledge of computer skills;
  • Knowledge of banking products and services;
  • Knowledge of banking legislation;
  • Good knowledge of Armenian and Russian, knowledge of English will be viewed as an advantage;
  • Communication skills;
  • Cross selling skills;
  • Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team;
  • Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
