The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Audio and Visual specialist to support the TUMO centers with presentations, multimedia projects and events. The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of the technology required to set up, calibrate, operate, and troubleshoot audio and visual equipment and related conferencing systems across all TUMO locations across Armenia.

Job responsibilities
- Select, set up and configure audio and visual and video conferencing equipment, including microphones, speakers, mixers, amplifiers, projectors and display screens, based on event needs and venue specifications.
- Ensure correct cabling, signal routing, and connection of audio devices for optimal experience.
- Assist with equipment maintenance, organization, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Collaborate with the various departments to understand presentation requirements and develop the appropriate design for events.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to equipment, cables, connectors, and signal flow.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Make recommendations on equipment for purchase to enhance and improve audio and visual and video conferencing experiences.
- Make suggestions on, install, and update the softwares based on the specifications for different events.
- Research the local market and rent equipment and/or services for special events as required.
- Oversee the smooth delivery of the technical (audio-visual) side of the event.
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of audio and visual set up and support experience.
- Qualifications in audio and visual systems, or equivalent.
- High attention to detail in both support and documentation.
- Ability to work on alternating weekdays and weekends based on event requirements.
- Open to travel to remote TUMO centers, hubs and boxes

TUMO Boxes are already in operation in the towns of Berd, Gavar, Sevan, Vayk, Kapan and Martakert. Many more TUMO Boxes will open soon in various towns throughout Armenia and Artsakh. Outside of Armenia, there are centers in Paris, Beirut, Moscow, Tirana, Berlin and Lyon. Centers will soon open in several other cities around the world.
