Մենք փնտրում ենք Տեխնիկական աջակցման մասնագետի, ով կբացահայտի և կլուծի Telcell տերմինալների և Telcell Wallet հավելվածի տեխնիկական խնդիրները։

Job responsibilities
- Հետևել համակարգի աշխատանքային ընթացքին, խնդիրներ հայտնաբերելու դեպքում տեղեկացնել համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին,
- Մուտքագրված հայտերի մշակում, առաջնահերթությունների սահմանում,
- Սեղմ ժամկետներում ստուգել/դիտարկել գործընկեր օպերատորների հարցումները,
- Համակարգի խափանումների և պատահարների վերացման աշխատանքների կազմակերպում և վերահսկում,
- Հետևել բաժանորդների կողմից ներկայացված խնդիրների լուծման ընթացքին,
- Պատահարների դասակարգում և վերլուծություն,
- Կազմել և ներկայացնել հաշվետվություններ անմիջական ղեկավարին, ըստ պահանջի:
Required qualifications
- Բարձրագույն կրթություն ՏՏ կամ ֆինանսական ոլորտում,
- Անսարքությունների բացահայտման փորձ,
- Տեխնիկական հմտություններ (համակարգչային գիտելիքներ, նոր ծրագրեր արագ սովորելու ունակություն),
- Բջջային սարքերի ծրագրային իմացություն,
- Հայերենի և ռուսերենի վարժ իմացություն, անգլերենի իմացությունը կդիտվի որպես առավելություն,
- Հաղորդակցվելու և թիմում աշխատելու հմտություններ,
- Բանակցելու և խնդիրներ լուծելու հմտություններ,
- Ճշտապահություն և պատասխանատվության զգացում,
- Սթրեսային իրավիճակներում աշխատելու և արագ կողմնորոշվելու ունակություն,
- Ինքնուրույն որոշումներ կայացնելու հմտություն:
