Job description:

Provides support for the single window solution to the relevant stakeholders via calls, emails and Help Center as well as test each new release of the system, realize ticket registration, escalation and ticket clarification.

Job responsibilities

  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or Help Center, until an issue is solved.
  • Work with issue reporters, as necessary to help understand and resolve a given issue
  • Provide clear and concise feedback on issue progress, questions and resolutions
  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve system issues
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates
  • Carry out trainings and user acceptance testing with stakeholders
  • Compile necessary documentation (guidebooks, release notes, booklets, repositories etc.), write test scenarios
  • To carry out regression, smoke and general testing of the platform, realize ticket registration, escalation and ticket clarification
  • To document system bugs and defects, using bug management system (JIRA)

Required qualifications

  • Higher education in linguistics, management, communication or any other related field
  • Excellent knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian is required
  • Knowledge of Insurance laws and rules is a plus
  • Knowledge of basic QA principles
  • Computer savvy
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
  • Effective listening and multitasking skills as well as a good team player
  • Ability to detect issues and provide appropriate solutions
