Job responsibilities
- Strategically plan and support the execution of commercial initiatives in alignment with project management methodology, ensuring timely deployment across various geographies and locations.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize the impact of initiatives while adhering to agreed-upon strategies and budgets, thereby driving business growth for PM Armenia.
- Maintain an efficient communication process to ensure that each approved commercial initiative is processed promptly and evaluated for results and learnings.
- Analyze consolidated needs and oversee the ordering and delivery of all materials required for the implementation of commercial activities and initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of performance tracking systems to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of commercial activities, thereby enhancing return on investment.
- Prepare reports on a quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis to track progress and provide insights.
- Execute and follow up on trade marketing activities.
Required qualifications
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Systems
- Experience of reporting in a multinational environment
- Strong technical skills on MS Office (advanced Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot)
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL – an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills (ability to get data, structure, determine relationships, draw conclusions, put forward hypotheses)
- Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to communicate both with business and technical teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven business environment
- Fluent English, Russian and Armenian
