Job description:

We are looking for a Country manager.

Job responsibilities

Manage day-to-day company operations within the accountable country
Develop and implement business strategy, coordinate the overall corporate strategy with local operations, manage both line and functional subordinates such as local operations, legal, customer care, the human resource, finance, marketing, and administration.
Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives
Manage / coordinate engineering, marketing and business development initiatives, develop opportunities for expansion of business
Develop, implement, and adhere to policies and procedures, including financial controls, accounting, human resources, purchasing, etc.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with government authorities to ensure smooth and timely solution to possible operational obstacles.
Provide ethical leadership, teams’ effectiveness and involvement by recruiting, training, motivating, etc.
Organize and manage projects within the country (new locations, growth of sales, etc.)
Provide Key Metrics achievement
Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.

Required qualifications

● Higher degree in law, economics, management or business administration

● Experience in managing commercial projects and complex operations with high level of indeterminacy at least 5 years

● Experience conceptualizing, planning, developing, and coordinating large-scale, complex projects

● Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels

● Excellent people management skills

Required candidate level: Senior
