Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our Farsi-speaking customers. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints via various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing their needs effectively and efficiently.

Job responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and assistance in a professional and timely manner, primarily in Farsi.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries and feedback to propose improvements to products, services, and processes.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette in all interactions, adhering to company guidelines and standards.

Required qualifications

  • Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written Farsi and English is essential.
  • Proven experience in a customer support or similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers, with a genuine desire to help and resolve their issues.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
