JOB DESCRIPTION:

The objective of Customer Support is to provide timely support by empowering our users to operate more effectively and expand their business. The newly hired Customer Support Specialist will pass a training course, after which will be challenged to understand our customer’s needs and respond to them by providing the best solutions.
Each member of the team will contribute to the development of a creative and challenging work atmosphere.
The main aim of the Customer Support Specialist is to establish a solid relationship with our customers and ensure the connection to deliver superior customer satisfaction.

Job responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide timely support on better understanding and using products launched by SupportMyApp users via Live Chat;

Analyze, track and resolve customer questions and needs in a prompt manner to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction;

Prioritize tasks based on severity of issues and the level of impact on customers;

Required qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

Computer literacy;

Result-oriented and goal-driven personality;

Excellent writing skills in English;

Ability to listen and understand the information and ideas presented by customers, detect issues, and provide appropriate solutions;

Ability to work in teams, build relationships quickly and effectively, and work under pressure;

Sense of responsibility;

Effective time management skills;

Ability to work with rotation based on duty schedule;

Salary: 200000 AMD - 500000 AMD Net a month
