Job description:

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and designing marketing promotions and campaigns, visual concepts for PR events for all types of advertising media, including:

Job responsibilities

Conduct Ongoing Trend and Market Research: Continuously explore and analyze design trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics to ensure our designs remain innovative, relevant, and aligned with current industry trends.
This addition emphasizes the importance of staying updated on design trends and market shifts to maintain the company's relevance and competitiveness in the field.
Outdoor advertising
Print media (including promo materials and annual report)
Digital platforms (including static and animation banners and posts)
Branding of corporate materials, including souvenirs and stationery; calendar design
Adaptation of available design to various formats
Design of specific materials for data media

Required qualifications

University degree in fine arts and design
At least 4 years of experience in a relevant field
Successful design projects portfolio (to be submitted with CV)
Knowledge of the specifics of marketing media
Knowledge of the specifics of preparing marketing collateral
Ability to multi-task and keep deadline in a fast-paced environment
Courteous manners, commitment to work, and high sense of responsibility
Advanced knowledge of graphical design software (Adobe Illustrator/Corel Draw/Indesign, Figma, Adobe Photoshop); Ability to work with animation and video editing softs will be a plus
Display a distinct and innovative design approach that sets our projects apart, contributing a signature style to our work while inspiring and influencing the design team.
Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor junior designers, offering guidance, support, and constructive feedback to elevate the team's overall performance and creativity.
