Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role combines HR functions, recruitment (headhunting), and office administration. If you are passionate about finding and nurturing talent, streamlining HR processes, and ensuring smooth office operations, we want to hear from you!

Job responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

  • Keep active communication with the candidates and provide a smooth candidate experience.

  • Implement effective headhunting strategies to attract top talent.

  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications.

  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Handle employee relations and provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.

  • Manage office administration tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

  • Organize company events and activities to maintain a vibrant and engaging company culture.

Required qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.

  • Demonstrated experience in technical recruitment is essential.

  • Previous experience with an outsourcing company is highly advantageous.

  • Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and procedures.

  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (Russian can be a plus)

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in any ATS and GSuite.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
