Job description:
EY Armenia invites applications from qualified candidates to fill the position of Junior HR / people advisory consultant for EY Tax practice.

Job responsibilities
- Participates in provision of people advisory services to EY clients, within the scope of the Armenian tax legislation,
- Participates in provision of payroll service to EY clients,
- Prepares HR documents for EY client’s employees covering all cases in the duration of their employment,
- Keeps logs of HR documents of employees and monitors their timely amendment,
- Participates in resolution of daily issues,
- Participates in preparation of different publications and marketing materials,
- Other tasks per request of supervisor․
Required qualifications
- Higher education in management, accounting or a related field
- Knowledge of Armenian tax and labor legislation would be an asset,
- Fluency in English and Russian both spoken and written,
- Analytical and critical thinking,
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and Power Point),
- High level of self-motivation, commitment to results․
