Job responsibilities
- Implement and oversee monthly payroll function, ensuring all processes are conducted accurately and efficiently,
- Manage monthly operation of payroll systems and processes, delivering precise and timely payroll services for all employees across all departments,
- Supervise and ensure the accurate maintenance of employee attendance records,
- Guarantee the accurate and timely processing of employee salaries,
- Handle the organization and management of business trip documentation,
- Organize and secure necessary signatures from employees on relevant documents,
- Conduct employee tax registrations and ensure all necessary documents are available and properly stored,
- Perform additional functions related to the Human Resource Management department as required.
Required qualifications
- Higher education (education in the field of accounting will be considered a great advantage),
- Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll administration (experience in accounting will be a big plus),
- Good knowledge of AS, Excel programs,
- Ability to manage tasks within narrow timeframes while handling extensive amounts of information,
- Strong analytical skills,
- Knowledge of the labor code of RA,
- Ability to complete work within tight deadlines.
