Square Signs Armenia is the official branch of Squae Signs LLC, USA. We are a leading sign manufacturing company in LA, California. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will manage client interactions, provide exceptional customer support, and maintain accurate product information in our accounting system.

The job is on the night shift from our Armenian office: Mon-Fri, 18:30-03:00.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations:
- Greet and assist clients who contact the company (via mail or telephone) and provide necessary support and information regarding our products and materials
- Guide clients through the purchasing process to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Product Information Management:
- Maintain and update product information in the accounting system.
- Ensure product specifications, prices, and quantities are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other departments, i.e. Procurement, Warehouse and Sales, to ensure product information is consistent and reliable.

Required qualifications

Experience in an inside sales or customer service role
Great English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in using accounting or CRM systems, like Quickbooks acocunting system, is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Required candidate level: Mid level
