Job description:

Jellyfish is looking for an Sales Manager. You will responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers over the phone, acting as a contact between a company and customers.

Job responsibilities

Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
Act as the main communication link with the client along the entire implementation period of the job
Ensure a prompt, clear and pleasant communication with all clients
Understand clients booking trends, potential volumes
Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports;
Create Loyalty program for the partners
Make calls to contact various companies and offer quality services

Required qualifications

At least 2+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing or related field
Experience in Horeca
Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
Excellent Communication Skills
Ensure that the restaurant follows all local health codes and regulations regarding food preparation, storage, and handling
Resolve complaints from guests in a polite, friendly manner always making sure we follow up with them when needed. Also ensuring that GM knows of these situations when not around.

Required candidate level: Mid level

Salary: 700000 AMD - 1000000 AMD Net a month
