Job description:

Buymie is an Armenian/Irish co-founded tech company that provides grocery delivery services across Ireland.

We are looking for an experienced Angular Developer to join our Buymie team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using Angular framework. You will work closely with our development team to design, implement, and test front-end solutions that meet our clients' needs and enhance user experience.

Job responsibilities

• Set up and maintain well-architected, scalable, and readable web applications in Angular;
• Collaborate with the backend and help design new features, define schemas and endpoints, and troubleshoot bugs and performance bottlenecks;
• Apply advanced knowledge of technology principles, best practices, and procedures to the completion of complex software development assignments;
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code;
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise;
• Work in a team or individually in all phases of the software development life cycle;
• Deliver high-quality, tested and secure code using best practices.

Required qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience with Angular (preferably with the latest versions);
• Strong understanding and experience of RXJS;
• Experience with TypeScript; strong knowledge of JavaScript principles;
• Solid understanding of browser working principles and security concerns;
• Understanding of REST principles and associated technologies;
• Experience with Angular Universal (Server-side rendering);
• Experience in responsive applications development;
• Working knowhow of Git;
• An active interest in staying up to date with new technology, new frameworks, new languages, and other developments;
• Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing.
