We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, with a focus on identifying and attracting top talent across various industries.
As a Senior Specialist Recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring we continue to build a high-performing and diverse workforce.

Job responsibilities

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, including technical, IT sales, and business support positions.

Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates from different industries.

Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best fit for our company culture and job requirements.

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.

Maintain and enhance our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely documentation of recruitment activities.

Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Mentor and guide junior recruiters to enhance the overall effectiveness of the recruitment team.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.
Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-4 years of recruitment experience, with demonstrated success in sourcing talent across various industries.

Proven track record of filling positions with high-quality candidates on time.

In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
-
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
