Job responsibilities

• Influencer Identification and Outreach:
  • Locate and engage with influencers that fit the Telcell brand and its target audience.
  • Establish and sustain long-term relationships with influencers.
• Brief Creation and Delivery:
  • Create detailed briefs for influencers, covering campaign goals, deliverables, timelines, and content guidelines.
  • Ensure influencers understand and comply with the requirements of the brief.
• Direct Communication:
  • Maintain direct personal communication with influencers to foster strong working relationships.
  • Promptly address any questions or issues influencers may have.
• Content Coordination:
  • Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Review and approve influencer content before publishing to ensure it meets Telcell’s standards.
• Monthly Media Plan Creation:
  • Develop and implement a monthly media plan aligned with Telcell’s marketing objectives.
  • Plan and schedule content across Telcell and Telcell Wallet social media platforms.
• Task Delegation:
  • Delegate tasks for visual and copy creation to the design and content teams.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.
• Social Media Presence:
  • Manage and develop Telcell and Telcell Wallet social media profiles.
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience.
• Content Strategy and Implementation:
  • Develop and execute a content strategy to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
  • Analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and report on results.
• Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Keep Telcell’s social media presence innovative and engaging.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Performance Analysis:
  • Regularly analyze and report on social media performance and influencer campaign results.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
• Budget Management:
  • Manage the budget for influencer collaborations and social media promotions.
  • Ensure all activities stay within the allocated budget and provide a good return on investment.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience working as a Social Media Marketing (SMM) specialist.
• Fluency in Armenian (mandatory) and English,
• Attention to details,
• Multitasking.
