Digital Business Development (DBD) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and oversee our social media strategy. The ideal candidate should possess a deep comprehension of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a talent for crafting compelling content that connects with our target demographic.

Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, reflecting DBD’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, articles, videos, and graphics, to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and responding to audience comments and messages.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to promote DBD’s IT services, generating leads and increasing brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and leverage analytics tools to track performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors’ social media activities to identify opportunities and propose innovative strategies.
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in social media marketing, specifically managing LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram channels. Experience within the IT or tech industry is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns and strategies.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Insights, Facebook Analytics).
- Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling content and foster meaningful engagements.
