Grant Thornton is looking for an HR Manager for its partner company, Derjava- S. HR manager will be responsible for ensuring the development and implementation of company's HR strategy and HR activities.

Обязанности
- Develop and implement the company's HRM strategy and procedures aligned with its goals and strategy.
- Organize, coordinate, and oversee the HR department's activities to achieve defined objectives and procedures.
- Design and implement systems for personnel evaluation, rewards, career development, and motivation.
- Prepare and monitor the HRM department budget and performance metrics.
- Coordinate employee recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Foster an effective work culture.
- Ensure organization and coordination of personnel management activities in compliance with RA legislation and internal Company policies.
Требования
- Master’s degree in management, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong organizational skills and proactivity.
- Strong commitment to diligent and responsible work practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in team building and management.
- Familiarity with HRM programs and tools.
- Understanding of the RA Labor Code.
