We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, pitching to potential clients, and closing sales by presenting tailored proposals that showcase our agency's services and offerings.

Job responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research and networking.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through emails, and meetings.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop effective sales strategies and plans.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Customize sales pitches to address the specific needs and interests of each client.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to close sales deals.
- Ensure all contractual and financial aspects of the sales process are handled effectively.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and projections.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Analyze data to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or consulting, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques, sales methodologies, and client acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to potential clients.
- Ability to develop compelling sales pitches and proposals that address clients' specific needs.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, client data, and sales performance metrics.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
