As a B2B Specialist, you will handle marketing efforts for brand awareness, build strong, lasting relationships with customers and execute various sales activities to support the Company's growth and performance, in line with the Company's objectives and strategies.

Job responsibilities

Provide clients with the necessary products and services in a prompt manner
Be a key communication point between the Company and its customers
Process and follow-up on customer orders, respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner and assist to resolve issues
Perform a thorough investigation into the products that a company is seeking
Work closely with the design team to create banners for community promotion and advertising
Maintain close partnership with the sales team and follow up on pricing, payment, and delivery terms
Communicate with colleagues worldwide on a daily basis, with the aim to ensure effective order fulfillment
Keep detailed records of customer orders and communication history for future references

Required qualifications

Knowledge of B2B marketing tactics and practices
Intermediate level of Korean (TOPIK 4)
Hands-on experience as a B2B Specialist or similar role
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Time management and multitasking
Good spoken and written English
Bachelor's in marketing, Business Management, or a relevant field

Required candidate level: Mid level
