"Med Standard" Company is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide daily support to the team activities.

Job responsibilities
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, writing and responding to emails, interfacing with clients and international partners
- Day-to-day communication with sales members for sales enrichment
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Arrange corporate events with partner companies
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Preparation of periodic reports
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
- Monitor and identify trends in the industry and implement
- Proofread and edit materials to ensure consistent messaging across all communications materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human and Social Science or other related fields, MBA will be an asset
- Two (2) years of related experience with clerical and/ or secretarial knowledge of administrative duties
- Proficiency in English, Russian and Armenian languages
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Power Point, Access and Excel); with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
