We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources professional to join our dynamic team.
As our Recruiter, you will take part in sourcing local and remote top talent.

Job responsibilities
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the onboarding process of new employees.
- Analyze and monitor labor market trends across various geolocations.
- Manage a candidate database and generate recruitment reports as needed.
Required qualifications
- Exceptional proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in conducting thorough research on geolocations and their employment rates.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- A strategic mindset and keen eye for identifying top talent and aligning it with our company's growth and success.
- Hardworking and serious attitude, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Knowledge of Arabic and Spanish languages will be considered as a plus.
