Job description:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator who is ready to make the first steps at Sport Generate.
You will manage mostly business-related tasks, creating reports, taking minutes, managing budget and other organizational tasks. To do this role properly you should be extremely fast at solving problems and have experience as a project coordinator, executive or administration assistant in the past.

Job responsibilities
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents and reports for review and presentation.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Keeping the calendar up to date.
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Provide a bridge of communication between your Manager and internal departments, maintaining credibility, trust, and support.
- Complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, etc.
- Handle memos, reports, and related documents, including sensitive information.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
- Manage budget.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or other relevant administrative support experience.
- Proven experience in budget management.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Extensive experience in preparing presentations.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Multitasking and detail-oriented person.
- Experience working with 1C is a plus.
Required candidate level: Mid level
