Job description:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who is ready to make the first steps at Sport Generate.

You will manage mostly business-related tasks, creating reports, taking minutes, managing budget and other organizational tasks. To do this role properly you should be extremely fast at solving problems and have experience as a project coordinator, executive or administration assistant in the past.

Job responsibilities

  • Researching and conducting data to prepare documents and reports for review and presentation.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Keeping the calendar up to date.
  • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
  • Provide a bridge of communication between your Manager and internal departments, maintaining credibility, trust, and support.
  • Complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, etc.
  • Handle memos, reports, and related documents, including sensitive information.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned.
  • Manage budget.

Required qualifications

  • Proven experience as a project coordinator or other relevant administrative support experience.
  • Proven experience in budget management.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Extensive experience in preparing presentations.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • Multitasking and detail-oriented person.
  • Experience working with 1C is a plus.

Required candidate level: Mid level
