Job description:

Educa Language Center is looking for a Customer Service Manager (B2C and B2B).

If you are an enthusiastic, creative, energetic and bright person with an analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, then you are the one who might become part of our team as a Clients manager.

Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred 👍


Job responsibilities

  • Reception of incoming calls and messages (B2C)
  • Working with corporate clients (B2B)
  • Advising clients on educational programs
  • Documentary support of customers (individuals and legal entities)
  • Concluding contracts, maintaining documentation
  • Organization of the educational process
  • Maintenance of client database and reports
  • Achieving planned sales targets for the company's services

Required qualifications

  • Previous customer service and sales experience is an advantage
  • Good communication skills, competent speech and writing
  • Ability to handle objections
  • Experienced PC user
  • Responsibility and punctuality
  • Fluency in Armenian and English languages (С1)

Required candidate level: Mid level

Salary: 150000 AMD - 300000 AMD Net a month
