Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets;
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions;
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new opportunities;
- Work closely with the marketing team to leverage leads and enhance sales initiatives;
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activity and forecasts.
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, specifically in lead generation and client management;
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets;
- Fluent in English and Russian;
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
