Job description:
As a TUMO Student Enrollment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting talented young individuals to join our educational programs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to increase student enrollment and reach our target audience effectively. You will collaborate closely with various departments within TUMO to ensure a seamless recruitment process and provide support to prospective students throughout their journey, while also fostering collaborative relationships with schools, colleges, regional government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.

Job responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract prospective students to TUMO programs.

Create engaging content and student recruitment materials to promote TUMO programs and highlight the benefits of joining our educational community.

Collaborate with various departments within TUMO that may be engaged in the recruitment process, coordinate and participate in recruitment events, pop-up workshops, and information sessions to connect with students and parents.

Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, municipalities and other stakeholders to expand TUMO's reach and visibility.

Provide guidance and support to prospective students and their families throughout the enrollment process.

Monitor and analyze recruitment data and trends to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Utilize various channels such as social media, online platforms, events, and partnerships to reach potential students.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in student recruitment and enrollment management.

Develop and deliver outreach programs and marketing strategies, including community workshops and retreats; arrange visits and tours for prospective students and parents.

Prepare reports and proposals regarding recruitment and outreach activities

Initiate and run campaigns aimed at student recruitment on a large scale

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, education, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Passion for education and empowering young people to reach their full potential.

Basic principles of public relations, publicity and marketing

Knowledge of student recruitment and retention issues

Ability to develop, plan and implement short and long-range goals

Ability to work effectively with diverse population having active listening skills and strong reliability
