Job responsibilities
. Manage Customer Accounts: Take charge of day-to-day management of customer accounts.
. Drive Growth: Create and implement strategies to boost financial growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
. Meet and Greet: Arrange business meetings with local and international partners.
. Plan for Success: Develop and present action plans with clear goals, targets, and performance measures.
. Build Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
. Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team, as well as technical and sales support.
. Execute Business Cases: Prepare and execute business cases with new customers.
. Monitor Traffic flows
. Support Customers: Provide exceptional customer support by identifying issues and devising solutions.
Required qualifications
. Education: BS/MS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
. Excellent command of English and Russian (both spoken and written)
. Integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
. Experience in sales and account management in the telecom industry is a plus
. Strong time management and planning skills
