Front Office Manager in Stellar Hotels oversees the Front Office operations of the Hotel. In this role, you will be required to greet and welcome Guests, tend to their questions and complaints, manage booking and appointment schedules, and ensure the reception area is professionally maintained.

To be a successful Front Office Manager, you should possess strong time management, staff management and organizational skills.

Job responsibilities

  • Define and implement Front Office objectives and procedures.
  • Make the working schedules for the Front Office and Reception Staff.
  • Hold trainings for the new-hired Staff as well as the current trainings.
  • Tend to Guests complaints and questions providing exceptional Guest Service.
  • Ensure the Front Office and Reception area is clean and organized.
  • Maintain Front Office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage Front Office records, and contracts.
  • Supervise staff and all Front Office activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails.
  • Coordinate the Front Office works with HK, FB, Technical and other Hotel Departments.
  • Conduct performance reviews with the Front Office staff.

Required qualifications

  • Higher education, preferably in Linguistics, Hotel Management or related field
  • Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English Languages
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Office manager or similar role.
  • Proficient in hotel front desk software
  • Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Guest-service attitude.
  • Stress-resistant.
  • Attention to details.
