Job description:

Grant Thornton is looking for an HR Manager for its partner company, Derjava- S. HR manager will be responsible for ensuring the development and implementation of company's HR strategy and HR activities.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's HRM strategy and procedures aligned with its goals and strategy.
  • Organize, coordinate, and oversee the HR department's activities to achieve defined objectives and procedures.
  • Design and implement systems for personnel evaluation, rewards, career development, and motivation.
  • Prepare and monitor the HRM department budget and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate employee recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Foster an effective work culture.
  • Ensure organization and coordination of personnel management activities in compliance with RA legislation and internal Company policies.

Required qualifications

  • Master’s degree in management, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong organizational skills and proactivity.
  • Strong commitment to diligent and responsible work practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in team building and management.
  • Familiarity with HRM programs and tools.
  • Understanding of the RA Labor Code.
